Fu Chang is a Chinese American immigrant living and working as a detective in San Francisco.

Working out of Chinatown, Fu Chang uses his wits, martial arts skills, and his magical pocket-sized superhero sidekicks, to thwart kidnappings, murders, and theft.

Based on the Pep Comics from 1949, Fu Chang was the first ever Asian-American superhero to grace the comic medium.
